Lausanne - Sports and fitness equipment salesperson (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

Your tasks:

• Personalised and professional advice to customers on site and by phone
• Ensuring a personalised welcome and support for each customer
• Processing orders, quotes and customer requests
• Assisting the technical team during the delivery and assembly of fitness equipment
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

• You are passionate about fitness products, enjoy sales, are enthusiastic and action-oriented, organised, have good interpersonal skills and enjoy teamwork, then join our Fitshop team!
• Minimum required level: high school diploma (and above).
• Good knowledge of English is a plus.
• Possession of commercial and sports training is an advantage.
