The privately run senior centre in the heart of Winterthur offers around 150 residents a living and life space where they feel comfortable and are cared for according to their needs. The Senior Centre Wiesengrund is a recognised and popular establishment in the healthcare sector.

To strengthen our in-house Spitex and nursing team during the day shift, we are looking for an immediate or agreed appointment of a

Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF 80 - 100%

What you can achieve with us:

• Ensuring professional, resident- and relative-centred care and support
• Responsibility as a key contact person and shaping the nursing process involving residents and their relatives
• RAI coordination according to RAI-LTCF
• Participation in the development of nursing quality and its implementation in the residential group
• Supervision and support of trainees

In addition to the regular service operation, we also offer deployment opportunities with a special focus on late and weekend shifts. If you prefer these shifts, we look forward to finding a suitable deployment opportunity together with you.

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF with professional experience in this role
• Expertise with experience in geriatrics/psychiatry/palliative care
• RAI-LTCF/PC knowledge is an advantage
• Willingness to contribute to the implementation of quality standards
• Confident communication skills in the German language
• Competent and professional demeanour
• High social competence and commitment to constructive, interprofessional collaboration
• Ability to cope with complex stress situations in everyday life
