Your tasks

From the start, you will work on client projects and quickly acquire the core competencies of a Junior Transformation Consultant. You will take on different roles, analyse IT-supported processes, and learn to purposefully contribute your ideas and knowledge. You will be given increasing responsibility – from supporting projects to independently managing consulting mandates in the ICT sector.

You can expect diverse activities such as planning and conducting workshops, gathering and analysing requirements, processes, and data flows. Additionally, you will develop digitalisation strategies and accompany clients throughout the entire change process. You will ensure that the relevant stakeholders are transparently informed about the planned changes and acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to successfully implement the changes.

Based on your interests, you have the opportunity to specialise in one or more IT-related areas: Business Analysis / Requirements Engineering, IT Project Management, Process Engineering, Data Analytics / Business Intelligence, Innovation & Strategy.

Your profile

You are already in the penultimate or final semester of your master’s degree and have a bachelor’s degree in business informatics, business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable education with an IT or technology-oriented focus.

You have a strong affinity for technology and a passion for engaging deeply with digitalisation and the underlying ICT topics.

You find it particularly easy to interact with people and are characterised by a pronounced flair for team-oriented and client-focused collaboration.

You have already gained practical work experience in a relevant field, preferably in the ICT industry.
