To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed personality as Project Manager Injection Moulding Technology.

Your Tasks

• Technical management of customer projects in close cooperation with the Head of Operations
• Participation in customer projects with a focus on injection moulding technology
• Planning and coordinating initial sampling, including initial sample inspection reports
• Professional support and manufacturing-technical advice for customers' technical teams
• Technical design and realisation of injection moulding tools
• Management of the product portfolio as well as technical support for internal and external departments
• Technical support for production, process technology, tool maintenance, and quality assurance
• Technical support in the procurement of injection moulding tools, injection moulding machines, and peripheral equipment from external suppliers
• Creation of documentation, specifications, instructions, and training materials
• Accompanying tool sampling and acceptance at external suppliers domestically and abroad
• Training of production staff
• Design, setup, and operation of 3D printing
• Proven experience in project management
• Technical support of the injection moulding department
• Technical support of process technology
• Technical support of quality assurance
• Ensuring the proper use of work and operating equipment
• Deputy to the Head of Operations
• Participation in cross-departmental projects
• Attending trade fairs if required

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training EFZ in plastics technology, mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Technical further education or university degree is an advantage
• Experience in plastic injection moulding production
• Competences in project management
• ERP system knowledge
• 3D CAD user knowledge (Solid Edge)
• Sound knowledge in the development and manufacture of plastic parts
• Experience in the area of IATF 16949 is an advantage
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Structured and solution-oriented working method
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, Chinese is an advantage
