Job title: Specialist Chargeback Services
For over 100 banks in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, we provide consulting and services in the field of cashless electronic payment transactions. For this rapidly growing area, we are seeking reinforcement. We offer a flexible working time model (Monday to Friday) with 60% home office possibility at a workload of 80-100%
These are your tasks
- Processing incoming complaints according to the specifications of the card organisations (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- Ensuring the processing, administration, decision-making and, if necessary, forwarding of collection letters (goodwill requests) to the specialist departments as well as carrying out fee collections
- Written advice and response to customer enquiries
- Active participation in optimising existing services, process flows and tools
- Participation in projects as an additional task
What you bring with you
- Completed training (preferably customer dialogue specialist or commercial basic training)
- Several years of experience in a similar role or as a chargeback employee with corresponding proof of performance is an advantage
- Good to very good PC and MS Office user skills
- Independent, team-oriented and resilient personality with a strong customer and service orientation
- Negotiation security in German, French and English. Italian is a plus!
