As a member of the care team, you have the opportunity to help shape the daily lives of our residents. Your profile:
- Qualification as Health Specialist EFZ or equivalent (e.g. FA SRK, etc.)
- High social competence and ability for self-reflection
- Ability and willingness to comply with internal guidelines and implement our philosophy
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Ideally, user knowledge of the electronic care documentation LOBOS and knowledge of the interRAI LTCF classification system
