For our Master Builder Region Aarau we are looking for you as a proactive and strong leadership Project Manager New Build (m/f/d). Join us and lead a team that has built an excellent reputation within and outside Implenia in recent years.
What you will achieve
- Leading and realising demanding building projects
- Commercial and technical management of the project
- Coordination of various trades (general contractor, building and civil engineering)
- Leading the site managers
- Independent preparation and enforcement of additional offers
- Resource planning and monitoring of contract management
Why you will succeed
- Degree as a certified civil engineer FH, certified master builder or certified site manager TS
- Several years of experience in project management in a construction company
- Several years of leadership experience
- Experience with Swiss standards and construction contract law
- Entrepreneurial thinking
- Assertiveness and enthusiasm for building
