CNC Mechanic (All-rounder) (m/f/d)

TO STRENGTHEN OUR TEAM WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Your Tasks

• • Manufacturing (milling, turning and grinding) of high-quality machine parts (cast & steel) in small series or as single parts
  • Working on state-of-the-art machines, such as milling machine DMV185V, turn-mill centre CLX450TC and Fermat
  • Creating CNC programmes including preparing the associated documentation
  • Continuous monitoring of your production by dimensional checks and making necessary corrections if required
  • Grinding and measuring machine tables of new machines according to the machine geometry protocol
  • Cleaning and maintenance work on the CNC machining centres

Your Qualifications

• • Completed basic mechanical training, preferably in the mechanical engineering sector
  • Several years of experience in CNC turning and CNC milling
  • Good knowledge of programming CNC programmes (Esprit knowledge is an advantage)
  • Good German language skills, both spoken and written
  • Independent and precise working method, initiative, sense of responsibility and a team player
