Production Employee Heat Treatment (80-100%)

Your area of responsibility

As an employee in our production, you are responsible for the correct and high-quality execution of our processes according to operation plans.

In heat treatment, you assemble furnace batches by adequately placing components on the corresponding racks. You load these batches into the systems and continuously monitor the time-temperature cycle to ensure the expected result.

For soldering, one of our joining techniques, you connect two or more components into one assembly. You solder the corresponding joining points by applying a suitable solder and ensure good stability of the components. You assemble an appropriate solder batch and ensure the smooth running of the soldering cycle.

Above these preparations, you operate our heat treatment systems, start and end the cycles, select the correct programmes, and intervene manually in case of an error. You perform intermediate inspections and finally confirm the good result by visual inspection of the components.

In this role, you work daily in a highly technological environment, right in the midst of aerospace, medical technology, and many other exciting industrial applications. You will repeatedly encounter new applications and components. Your profile

You have completed a technical vocational training, preferably as

- Polymechanic EFZ

- Production Mechanic EFZ

- Plant and Apparatus Builder EFZ

- Micromechanic EFZ

- Plant Operator EFZ

or have a comparable technical education.

- Knowledge in joining technology and heat treatment is an advantage but not mandatory

- Good German language skills

- Physical and mental resilience even in stressful situations

- Strong communication willingness

- Calm and precise working style
