For our company expansion, we are looking for immediate or agreed start:
Project / Construction Manager 80 - 100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
• Responsible for a smooth and efficient process of small to larger construction projects (monitoring execution / schedule plans)
• Management, coordination and organisation with specialist planners and companies from tendering to construction acceptance
• Cost management from project development to completion
Your skills:
• Basic construction training e.g. carpenter, draughtsman, bricklayer…
• Further training as a construction manager
• Experience as a construction and project manager of larger construction projects
• Assertiveness and constructive interaction with all parties involved
• Teamwork and high personal responsibility
• Knowledge of MS Office, MS Teams, optionally BauPlus, NPK and Buildagil
• Strong affinity for digitalisation such as BIM, automated production etc.
