Your Tasks
- Psychiatric and psychotherapeutically oriented nursing within the framework of a patient-centred nursing process
- Creation, implementation and evaluation of individual care plans
- Promotion of patients' independence, everyday skills and social participation
- Implementation of nursing individual and group offers
- Professional crisis intervention and relationship work
- Participation in the development and implementation of therapeutic concepts and weekly structures
- Participation in patient, case and team meetings, ward rounds and supervisions
- Fully digital nursing documentation
- Close cooperation in the multiprofessional treatment team
Your Profile
- Completed training as a qualified nurse, health and nursing professional, curative education nurse or comparable qualification
- Interest in psychotherapeutic treatment concepts and psychiatric nursing
- Appreciative, empathetic and patient-oriented attitude
- Strong team skills, reliability and sense of responsibility
- Confident and professional communication behaviour
- Enjoyment in helping to shape new structures and contributing your own ideas
