Process Expert* in Bill of Materials/Recipe Management

About the job

Do you want to help shape PLM processes and take bill of materials and recipe management to the next level? In this key role, you take on professional responsibility for processes, governance, and further development. Together with various departments, you drive optimisations forward and actively shape the digital transformation.

Important notes: The workplace can be in Bazenheid or Courtepin.

What you will achieve

• You take overall responsibility for bill of materials and recipe management within the PLM processes and continuously develop the way of working
• You plan, implement, and optimise processes and ensure an efficient and future-oriented process landscape.
• You develop and establish governance guidelines for bill of materials management, ensure their harmonisation, and drive their continuous further development across segments
• You coordinate collaboration with relevant departments and ensure targeted alignment of all stakeholders
• You manage the implementation of bill of materials management within strategic transformation projects, especially within Wave 4
• You ensure up-to-date, clear, and practical documentation as well as the continuous maintenance of instructions
• You further develop training materials, keep them current, and convey your expertise in target group-appropriate training sessions
• You maintain active stakeholder management and act as the central contact person for all topics related to bill of materials and recipe management

What you bring

• Education: Completed degree (University/ETH, FH, HF)
• Field of study: Business administration with a focus on process management, business informatics, industrial engineering / production technology / industrial engineering, food technology, supply chain management
• Professional experience: Several years of experience in the PLM area of the food industry
• You have strong written and oral communication skills and convince in exchanges with different stakeholders
• You bring project management experience and keep an overview even in complex projects
• You have a high affinity for systems and processes and bring experience in handling bills of materials in the SAP environment. Ideally, you also have knowledge of recipe management.
• You think in networks, recognise connections across departments, and act with a view to the overall segment
• You have experience in requirements and test management and accompany changes in a structured way from conception to implementation
• You analyse processes systematically, structure complex issues, and develop sustainable optimisation solutions
• You are open to new things, quickly familiarise yourself with new topics, think flexibly, act pragmatically, and actively shape changes
• Occasional travel to various locations of around 40% is a welcome change for you
• You have business fluent German or French skills and communicate confidently in the other language
• German (C1)
