With your expertise and organisational talent, you ensure a smooth process with the residents as well as with accounting, caretaking, construction department and other internal departments.

Your tasks: Organise, control, coordinate
- Professional portfolio management: You are responsible for the commercial management of your residential and commercial portfolio. From letting to terminations to coordinating move-ins and move-outs, you have everything under control.
- Contract management and documentation with clarity: You issue rental contracts correctly and independently prepare contracts with special provisions. You also confidently ensure data quality and our internal standards.
- Communicative hub: You are the first point of contact for residents on administrative questions, coordinate tenant communication and answer simple questions about heating/cold water operating cost statements.
- Interface to committees: You maintain communication with the settlement commissions. You also take on the administrative coordination of tenant annual meetings.
- Leadership in the settlement area: You take on the personnel management and coordination of part-time employees in your settlements.
- Solution-oriented conflict management: In cases of arrears, tenant or neighbour disputes, you take on case management and dunning with sensitivity, empathy and a clear approach.
Your profile: Expertise with empathy and structure
- The basis: You have completed a commercial or equivalent education and have several years of professional experience in the real estate sector.
- The backpack: You bring at least one year of further training as a real estate management clerk and are eager to continue your education with us.
- Your working style: You think holistically, work highly structured and keep an overview even in hectic phases.
- Your personality: You communicate skilfully with a wide range of stakeholders. You seek pragmatic, consensus-oriented solutions and are a true team player.
- The tools: You have confident MS Office skills and quickly familiarise yourself with new systems thanks to your IT affinity. You hold a category B driving licence for on-site appointments.

5 weeks holiday, 6 weeks from age 50. Public holidays of the city of Zurich apply. On Good Friday, Ascension Day, Christmas and New Year’s Eve, work finishes at midday. In addition, ABZ supports various working time models so that you can optimally balance your professional and private life.
