Specialist in finance and accounting or expert in accounting and controlling
Professional experience in a comparable organization
Leadership experience
3 Purpose of the Position
Organize and optimize processes in the finance department in the interest of the satisfaction of contract partners and the Board of Trustees
4 Responsibilities
Responsible together with the other members of the Executive Board for the operational management of the company
Responsible for the development, planning, and assurance of services in the finance department
Responsible for controlling all processes in the finance department to ensure customer and other contract partner satisfaction and that all services comply with the overall strategy, vision, mission, guiding principles, and legal requirements
5 Decision-Making Authority
Decision-making authority within own area of expertise
Decision-making authority within the departmental budget
6 Tasks
Trustful collaboration with other members of the Executive Board and the Board of Trustees to successfully manage and further develop the company
Development, planning, control, and monitoring of all processes in the finance department
Building and maintaining relationships with key contacts and cooperation partners
Analyzing problematic situations and events, developing solutions to ensure the financial security of the company
Staying up to date with professional, societal, and legal developments
Development, planning, control, and monitoring of sub-areas of management processes within the Executive Board
