As a People & Culture Consultant (a) at our location in Unterentfelden, you are responsible together with your team colleagues for the entire HR lifecycle for around 750 employees in the Aargau and Solothurn region. You are the central contact person for employees and supervisors in all relevant HR matters and ensure the implementation of the HR strategy within the responsible area.
Your main tasks:
- Support of the line and employees throughout the entire HR lifecycle for the defined areas
- Professional recruitment of various profiles within the area of responsibility
- Discussion of the vacancy with line managers, creating job advertisements, defining recruitment strategy, pre-selection and interviews with candidates, contract issuance
- Preparation of disciplinary documents (performance reviews, warnings, terminations) and support during discussions
- Writing interim and final references
- Interface to Payroll Services and other central departments
- Active role in absence management (support during discussions)
Your profile:
- Commercial basic training and at least 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Further education in HR (at least HR clerk)
- Experience in recruitment
- Consulting competence and high customer orientation
- Enjoyment in dealing with people & different cultures
- You enthusiastically bring in new ideas and put them into practice
- You stay focused on your goals even in dynamic times
- Humor and warmth are firmly anchored in your daily work
- Fluent German skills, any additional language is an advantage
