Your tasks:

• Independently carrying out a variety of manual, mechanical and technical tasks in the areas of maintenance, repair, system inspection and cleaning• Deputising for the Head of Infrastructure during their absence• Leading staff in the area• Performing administrative tasks (obtaining quotes, ordering materials, arranging appointments with external tradespeople)• Setting up rooms for events• Organising and carrying out relocations• Actively contributing to ensuring fire protection, occupational safety and health protection measures• Responsible for training an apprentice maintenance specialist• Garden, grounds work and ensuring winter services

Your profile:

• Completed training as a maintenance specialist, federal certificate of competence
as a caretaker or willingness to complete the training
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable environment
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• High level of personal responsibility and service orientation
• Empathy and flair in dealing with elderly people
• Communicative, resilient, responsible, organised and flexible
