Technical Controller
Your contribution with us
- You take on the technical controlling and project controlling of our construction projects
- You create and maintain work calculations and support the project teams with economic questions
- You carry out target-actual comparisons and analyse cost developments as well as project key figures
- You prepare monthly reports, evaluations, and decision-making bases for project management
- You develop variance analyses and post-calculations and derive optimisation potentials
- You support subcontractor and supplier awards as well as budget planning
- You analyse and verify calculation key figures and contribute to the economic management of the projects
- You participate in the further development and optimisation of existing processes
What counts for us
- Completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable technical education
- Several years of professional experience in technical controlling, project controlling, or a comparable function in the construction industry
- Very good user knowledge of RIB iTWO as well as practical experience in work calculation and project management are essential
- Confident handling of calculation and billing programmes as well as pronounced commercial understanding
- Analytical thinking as well as a structured, independent, and responsible way of working
- High commitment, teamwork skills, and reliability
- Very good communication skills and a professional appearance
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland
