Responsibilities
- Future-oriented design and further development of nursing care
- Professional leadership, support, and development of nursing experts as well as the establishment of new nursing professional functions
- Planning and implementation of projects to promote quality, innovation, and scientific advancement in clinical areas
- Ensuring and continuous optimisation of nursing fundamentals, standards, and action concepts
- Active participation in strategic nursing development and networking with managers as well as interprofessional partners
Requirements
- PhD or Master of Science in Nursing (MScN)
- Experience in implementation projects, implementation research, and comparable functions
- Proven leadership skills as well as promotion and professional development of people
- Strategic thinking, persuasive communication, and successful change management
- Enthusiasm for innovation, evidence-based nursing, and interprofessional collaboration
