Your main tasks

• Professional and personnel management of the HR team with five employees as well as the head of housekeeping with 18 employees
• Implementation of the HR strategy in coordination with management and derivation of specific priorities and measures from the corporate strategy – especially in the areas of leadership, organisation, personnel development, employer attractiveness and future skills
• Management and assurance of a professional and service-oriented HR day-to-day business throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and personnel administration to payroll and time management to exits
• HR Business Partner for assigned company areas: advising and supporting managers on personnel, leadership and labour law issues
• Professional support of the HR managers at the Ravensburg plant, with around ten on-site visits per year
• Simplification, standardisation and digitalisation of HR processes, especially with Abacus
• Leadership and implementation of HR projects

• Further training in the field of Human Resources, e.g. specialist, Head of Human Resources or CAS
• Several years of experience in a generalist, operational HR function, ideally in a production or family business, including leadership experience
• Sound knowledge of Swiss labour and social security law, knowledge of German labour law is an advantage
• Good knowledge of payroll and time management as well as affinity for digital HR solutions, ideally Abacus
• Pragmatic, structured and implementation-strong working style
• Leadership style characterised by openness and clarity
