Lifeguard – Temporary Seasonal Position
May 4, 2026 (or by arrangement) limited until September 6, 2026
For work at the Weihermatt outdoor pool during the 2026 summer season, we are looking for a committed and motivated individual on an hourly wage basis as
Your Tasks
- Supervision of pool operations and emergency aid in case of accidents
- Monitoring and enforcement of operating regulations
- Care and maintenance of the green area
- Cleaning and maintenance work (infrastructure and surroundings)
- Other operational tasks as assigned
Your Profile
- Lifeguard training (igba PRO or SLRG Plus Pool) and professional experience
- Training in emergency aid with possession of a valid BLS-AED module
- Manual skills and technical understanding
- Willingness to work irregular hours and weekend shifts
- High customer orientation combined with a friendly yet assertive demeanor
- Experience with de-escalation and conflict management in sports facilities
