Your Tasks
- Independent management of construction sites in building construction, civil engineering, and renovation from construction scheduling and work preparation through execution to measurement, change order management, and final accounting
- Responsible for quality, deadlines, and costs
- Deployment planning and leadership of the construction site team
- Implementation of occupational safety measures
- Maintaining partnership contacts with clients, business partners, and employees
Your Profile
You have completed training as a bricklayer and have further training as a construction manager or a comparable qualification. With your confident, innovative, and motivated personality, you lead projects efficiently and goal-oriented. Ideally, you are proficient in using the construction administration software SORBA and are well acquainted with Swiss construction practices and applicable legislation. Reliability and independent working are among your strengths, as well as entrepreneurial thinking and a team-oriented leadership style. You have good MS Office skills, and your German language skills, both spoken and written, are very good.
