• Independent handling of spare parts orders from inquiry to invoicing
• Processing of offers, orders, deliveries, and invoices
• Telephone and written customer contact within the scope of order processing
• Clarification of technical requirements in cooperation with internal departments
• Coordination with purchasing, logistics, and engineering
• Monitoring delivery dates as well as maintaining order and status data
• Handling complaints and assisting in finding solutions

• Commercial or technical basic training, ideally with experience in spare parts sales
• Experience in order processing, SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Confident handling of customers by phone and email
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style
• Technical understanding is an advantage
• Fluent German in spoken and written form (mandatory)
• English skills in spoken and written form, preferably level B2

• Financial subsidies for ZVV or SBB subscription
