With a team of six people, we cover the areas of property management, real estate brokerage and minor construction management, complemented by our subsidiary Mehrwert Reinigungen GmbH. Your tasks

• Independent management of rental properties and condominium ownership
• Creation and administration of rental contracts, tenant changes and apartment inspections
• Organisation and supervision of maintenance and repair work
• Communication with tenants, owners, authorities and craftsmen
• Preparation of owners' meetings and condominium owners' meetings
• Support in the optimisation and digitalisation of management processes

Your profile

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further education in property management
• Experience in property management, preferably in the area of rental properties and condominium ownership
• Confident handling of common management programmes, primarily PropBase for us, as well as MS Office. Knowledge of Abacus, our accounting software, is an advantage
• Affinity for digital processes and modern working methods
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Enjoyment of working in a small, committed team
