Your Craft

• Precisely, punctually, and proactively, with a flair for numbers, you independently manage payroll processing for several payroll clients.
• Time management data, absences, allowances, and expenses are reliably and structurally processed by you.
• Sickness and accident reports? You keep an overview here and handle everything routinely – including insurance billing.
• You are the first point of contact for questions about salary, expenses, and social insurance – competent, friendly, and solution-oriented.
• Year-end closings, payroll projects, and process optimizations? Bring it on – you like to pitch in and contribute your ideas.

Your Foundation

• You have a commercial basic education and have further trained in the HR field – e.g., in payroll or social insurance or as an HR clerk.
• OR, labor law, withholding tax, and social insurance are no new territory for you – and if you are also familiar with the LMV: even better!
• You like to work independently, think ahead, and keep an overview even when things need to move quickly.
• You are a team player with heart and humor – someone you can rely on.
• You also communicate fluently in French, as you support employees from the Romandy region.
