Facility Manager for Maintenance Cleaning in Biel / Seeland 50 - 60 %

In our properties, you recruit, lead and train our cleaning staff. You are also responsible for ordering materials, supervising the cleaning personnel and monitoring quality assurance. Administrative tasks related to payroll processing are also part of this interesting and varied role.

We expect:

• Experience in building cleaning is an advantage but not mandatory
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as leadership experience
• Flexibility, resilience and reliability
• Professional and correct conduct in dealing with customers and employees
• Very good oral and written German and French skills
• Own vehicle available

Since we perform our services in client properties during off-peak hours, work assignments between 6:00 and 9:00 am and in the evening from 5:00 pm as well as weekend assignments should be possible for you.
