Internship: Test Engineering Signal Box Technology (80-100%)

Supercomputing Systems develops hardware and software solutions on behalf of customers from the initial idea to market maturity. As a development partner, we focus entirely on the success of customer projects.

Promoting young talent is highly valued in our company, which is why we are continuously looking for students who want to gain practical experience with us for at least 3 months, preferably longer. Interns work on exciting practical tasks and can often apply theory to practice in direct customer contact.

Your tasks

If you are studying electrical engineering/computer science, are curious and eager to learn, enjoy challenges, and want to deepen your existing knowledge, you are in the right place with us.

Your task: Collaborate on a test system to check the signal box in Java and Python

The following work packages must be implemented:

• Familiarise yourself with the existing system
• Supplement or create test specifications based on the requirements
• Implement (test automation) and/or manually perform the tests

Do you have…

• Interest in verification / test engineering
• Interest in railway technology and safety-critical infrastructure (processes for the development of railway technology, e.g. EN 50716, are part of the work)
• Experience with Python and Java or similar
• Good written German skills
• Enjoyment of the railway topic?
