About the job
In this role, you support management in case handling and contribute to structured process management. You handle matters independently, prepare well-founded decision proposals, and actively participate in an experienced team.
Your tasks
- As central support to the president and presiding members, you accompany case instruction and actively participate in process management to ensure procedures are clearly structured and goal-oriented.
- In specialist processing, you review incoming matters, handle case-related enquiries, and conduct procedural correspondence independently and precisely.
- With your legal judgement, you develop well-founded decision proposals and justify them comprehensibly.
- As a competent contact person, you provide telephone legal advice and clearly classify legal questions even outside ongoing procedures.
- With an analytical eye, you clarify facts and engage deeply with fundamental questions in tenancy and procedural law.
Your profile
- With a law degree from university, you have the professional foundation to confidently navigate complex legal issues.
- With your precise expression and strong language skills, you succeed in conveying even demanding content clearly.
- With structured time management, you keep an overview and reliably manage several procedures in parallel.
- With initial practical experience in tenancy law, you find it easy to familiarise yourself with the specific topics of everyday work.
- Ideally, you have good knowledge of the processes and procedures of a conciliation authority.
