About the job
The position is located at the Etang Daycare in Etagnières, a facility with a capacity of 64 places.
Your duties:
- Provide quality support to the children cared for, ensuring their well-being and safety in accordance with the institutional project and current regulations.
- Identify quality-related issues based on your theoretical knowledge. Propose courses of action and implement them in the best interest of the child.
- Foster a quality relationship and exchanges with families and external services.
Your profile:
Your ability to work in a team and adapt, your interpersonal skills as well as your professional awareness make you a real asset to the team. A kind and patient personality, you have the ability to carry out relevant actions independently and with commitment. You are organised and responsible.
Holder of a tertiary ES/HES diploma or equivalent, you have Swiss nationality or a valid residence permit, as well as a clean criminal record.
