The Spitex of the Bülach region is the outpatient business area of the Foundation for the Elderly in the Bülach region. As a public Spitex, we provide services in the areas of regular care, palliative care, psychiatry, dementia, wound care, and household services with around 75 employees. Our Spitex serves 5 municipalities with about 36,000 inhabitants.

We are looking for a Deputy Head of Department Spitex 80-100% to start immediately or by agreement.

Your main tasks

• Professional leadership of the department in the absence of the department head
• Taking on defined leadership or specialist tasks as agreed
• Daily responsibility
• Operational support and assistance to the individual teams
• Coordination and co-design in personnel matters together with the department management
• Co-responsibility for the implementation of our foundation principles, regulations, and quality standards
• Practical support for the team in demanding care and nursing situations as well as active participation in operations

Your profile / You bring

• Completed training at tertiary level in care and support

• High level of personal responsibility, organizational talent, and decisiveness

• Enjoyment of teamwork and the further development of employees

• Resilient, flexible, and empathetic in dealing with people

• Very good German and IT skills; experience with RAI HC
