Under the umbrella of the non-profit and non-commercial Siloah Foundation, the Siloah network consisting of hospital, long-term care, Spitex as well as operational and IT functions with around 1,000 employees forms the competence center for integrated care in old age.
The Siloah network is currently active at five locations in the canton of Bern and sees itself, among other things, as a solution provider for long-term and Spitex organizations in operational functions.
At the location in Gümligen, we are looking for a
for our neurological residential group Bethanien 3 as of November 1, 2025 or by arrangement
Your tasks – varied and responsible
- Professional and personnel management of a committed team of about 15 employees including trainees
- Planning, organizing and coordinating workflows in the neurological residential group
- Conducting employee interviews and leading team meetings
- Active participation in the care and support of our residents in the early and late shifts
- Ensuring a smooth daily routine including taking over daily responsibility
- Collaboration with doctors, therapists, activation and social counseling
Your profile – personal and professional
- Training as a certified nursing professional HF, FH or as a specialist in long-term care and support with a federal certificate
- Ideally first leadership experience and/or completed leadership training (or willingness to do so)
- High social competence, empathy and ability to work in a team
- Organizational skills and enjoyment of communication
- Commitment to supporting trainees is a plus
