We are looking for qualified staff (HF/FH) for the day shift. You choose your workload on an hourly or monthly salary basis.

Nursing Specialist FH/HF

• You help shape the nursing processes and coach others in practical implementation

• You support and advise the teams and participate in nursing and care by taking over nursing in rapidly changing or demanding care situations

• You actively participate in the management, design and documentation of the nursing process according to RAI criteria
  (interRAI LTCF)

• You correctly assess resident situations and derive the individual care needs accordingly

• You are jointly responsible for medical rounds, medication management and the implementation of complex medical and medical-technical measures

• You have a qualification in nursing as HF/FH, DN II or AKP

• You have an independent and self-reliant working style and great organisational skills

• You enjoy helping to shape and participate in change and development processes

• With your empathetic and positive personality, you are a role model in the team
