Management Trainee Assistant Restaurant Manager (m/f/d)
to start immediately or by arrangement!
This is how you support us:
From day one (and after thorough introduction and training), you will be responsible for lunch and dinner service in the restaurant or on the terrace and assist with banquets.
As a responsible host with passion, you will support the restaurant management in coordinating daily operations. In the absence of the restaurant management, you will be the first point of contact for your guests and lead your team of about ten employees.
As a team player, it is just as natural for you as it is for us to help colleagues in other stations or at the kitchen pass and to regularly exchange ideas with other F&B outlets.
With warmth and a sense of quality, you create an inviting and pleasant atmosphere for both your guests and your team and handle simple guest complaints independently with our support.
