- You take full responsibility for achieving the goals of your category – including sales, contribution margin, as well as WKZ and bonus agreements
- Development and implementation of strategic priorities aligned with the guidelines and objectives of Brack.Alltron AG
- Leadership and continuous development of a dedicated 7-member team – focusing on professional strength and personal growth
- Analysis and monitoring of goal achievement with derivation and implementation of appropriate measures in case of deviations
- Development of a targeted assortment and communication strategy based on sound market, competition, and trend analyses
- Strategic management and monitoring of cross-channel pricing
- Establishment and implementation of a lean procurement strategy with a focus on reach, inventory turnover, and defined inventory limits
- Responsibility for a partnership-based supplier management and the continuous optimization of internal processes – in close coordination with interfaces and platforms
This is what you bring
- You have completed vocational training with further education in business economics as well as solid leadership experience, complemented by marketing experience and an advanced qualification in marketing or communication (e.g., professional certificate)
- Several years of experience in strategic category management and purchasing, ideally in the field of household appliances, consumer electronics, or healthcare
- You have solid leadership experience, convince with a clear and motivating leadership style, and enjoy team development
- Knowledge in budget creation and adherence or control as well as in strategic negotiation and setting measurable goals
- Enjoyment of analysis and preparation of data as well as interpreting key figures (internal and external e.g., GfK)
- You have an interest in digitization, automation, and process optimization – ideally, you bring initial experience with you. Your technical understanding helps you to make processes more efficient and to introduce new solutions
- You bring entrepreneurial thinking, a pronounced hands-on mentality, and high personal responsibility complemented by negotiation skills, communication strength at all levels, as well as experience in dealing with suppliers, platforms, and internal stakeholders
- German and English spoken and written
