• Supervision of the entire Köniz Weiermatt swimming pool, i.e. water supervision at the various swimming pools as well as in the slide area and conducting rounds
• Enforcement of the bathing regulations regarding safety, order, and cleanliness
• Co-responsible for accident prevention, rescue of persons, alerting, and application of first aid
• Assisting with various maintenance, cleaning, and gardening tasks
• Completed vocational training in a craft
• Completed SLRG certificate (basic level) or willing to complete it before or during employment (for career changers from another professional field)
• Empathy and skilled interaction with different groups of people
• Team-oriented, flexible, reliable, and resilient personality
• Customer-friendly, helpful, and service-oriented demeanor
• Enjoyment of working outdoors and good physical condition
• Open to irregular shifts including shift and weekend work
• Good knowledge of German
