You contribute directly to the satisfaction of our customers, actively support our insurance and pension advisors in all sales processes and make a valuable contribution to achieving our goals.

Your Impact with Us

You enjoy daily customer contact by phone / reception and via email. You coordinate and support our insurance and pension advisors in all sales processes.

In this service- and sales-oriented collaboration, you take an active role and, together with the team, ensure optimal care and advice for our customers.

You take great pleasure in delighting our customers. With organisational skill, great enthusiasm and a strong awareness of service quality, you independently prepare quotes, process applications and are part of the administrative hub of the General Agency Zug.

Your Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship as a commercial clerk EFZ in private insurance
• Several years of professional experience in insurance
• Interest in obtaining a professional certificate is an advantage
• Customer-oriented thinking and acting
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact and close teamwork
• Independent and pragmatic working style
• You are communicative, reliable and proactive
