Your role

You take responsibility for demanding construction projects in structural engineering from the initial static concept to successful completion. In doing so, you coordinate collaboration with architects, specialist planners, authorities and contractors, ensuring quality, costs and deadlines are met. At Fanzun AG, you are part of an interdisciplinary team working together on projects that have substance and technical challenges.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for static concepts from design to completion
• Preparation of tenders
• Management of cost and schedule as well as ensuring budget and timelines
• Leadership and technical guidance of project teams
• Technical site management and construction supervision for complex projects
• Structural planning and implementation in concrete, steel and timber
• Risk management and problem solving for technical and organisational challenges

Your profile

• Education as a civil engineer ETH/FH with solid knowledge in structural engineering
• Several years of experience in project management in building construction (experience in civil engineering is an advantage)
• Independent project management with responsibility for quality, costs and deadlines
• Experience in collaboration with architects, specialist planners, authorities and contractors
• Structured, responsible and team-oriented working style
• Confident use of MS Office; knowledge of AXIS VM and Messerli-Bau is an advantage
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
