To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual who, as an assistant to operations management / office manager, supports the smooth running of our operations with organizational skills and an open ear for employees and external partners.
This exciting part-time position (50%) offers you the opportunity to actively participate in a future-oriented industry in the mornings from Monday to Friday.
Your tasks
- Support of operations and production management in administrative and organizational matters
- Contact person for employees as well as interface to HR and external partners (e.g. temporary employment agencies)
- Processing and checking of invoices as well as account assignment in the system
- Procurement and management of operational and office supplies (e.g. PPE, coffee, office materials)
- Creation and maintenance of documents, employee lists, and evaluations as instructed
- Support in quality management (maintenance of QUS documents)
- General office organization and ensuring smooth administrative processes
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training (e.g. KV) or several years of experience in a comparable administrative function
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in administration, invoice verification, or procurement is an advantage
- Organizational talent with a structured and reliable working style
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in contact with internal employees and external partners
- Team-oriented, resilient, and discreet
