Head of Master Data & Labelling Panofina
Responsibilities
- Opening and maintaining SAP master data
- Creating and updating recipes, final product specifications, guidelines and manufacturing instructions
- Creating and reviewing product declarations as well as checking packaging
- Developing, maintaining and training on process and work instructions as well as training materials and other documents in the area of development and labelling
- Leading, motivating and promoting team members
Requirements
- Sound knowledge of food law, especially in the areas of declaration and labelling
- Experience with databases, document management systems and SAP
- Very good IT user skills, especially in SAP, MS Office and AI applications
- Analytical, careful and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication and team skills
