Construction Clerk 80 to 100%
Your contribution with us
- You independently and purposefully handle the operational commercial tasks of your construction projects
- You are responsible for internal accounting and the monthly site billing (creditors and debtors)
- You help shape the operational goals, strategy, and planning of your projects
- You collect the economic key data of the construction sites and projects, including target-actual comparisons
- You are jointly responsible for project controlling together with site management
- You participate in acquisition and project start-up (AVOR)
- You take care of the personnel administration of the operational site staff
- You support the commercial trainees
What counts for us
- You have a commercial basic education or a technical apprenticeship with further training in the commercial field
- You have already gained professional experience in a similar position, preferably in the construction industry
- You have a strong affinity for numbers and convince through commitment, reliability, and a quick grasp
- You are team-oriented and keep an overview even in hectic times
- An independent, proactive, and responsible working style rounds off your profile
- Your workload is 80 to 100%, the place of employment is Schlieren
- Start date from 2027
