The Human Resources Department, is looking for a personality immediately or by arrangement fixed-term until the end of June 2027 as a HR Assistant 60%. Wednesday is a fixed working day; the remaining working hours can be arranged by agreement.
What you can achieve
- Taking over personnel administration from entry to exit of all domestic and international employees (preparation of employment contracts, references, contract changes, management of personnel files, etc.) using the rexx HR software
- Providing information and professional management of the info mail inbox and the HR SharePoint
- Administrative support for department heads in recruitment and applicant management
- Preparation of various reports and support for time management
- Responsible for the correct handling of payroll-relevant and administrative tasks related to unpaid leave and maternity absences
- General administrative tasks and much more
What you bring with you
- You have a completed commercial basic education, with at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role, supplemented by further training as an HR Assistant (formerly Personnel Assistant)
- You possess excellent IT skills (MS Office, personnel information system) and are familiar with the processes of an HR Service Centre
- An independent, precise working style and friendly manners characterise you
- You work reliably and solution-oriented even in hectic situations, impress with your service orientation and communicate clearly and appreciatively
- Fluent German or French in spoken and written form (C2) with good knowledge of the other national language as well as English (B2) complete your profile
