Production Specialist Assembly 80 – 100 % (m/f/d)

The Business Unit Operations produces parts for all Hamilton companies, from injection-moulded parts to pipette tips for liquid handling, to metal and plastic components. Our goal is to produce as many parts in-house as possible. This keeps us agile, independent, and efficient.

This is what you can achieve:

You support the smooth running of our modern production and assembly processes and make an important contribution to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing.

Supporting production staff with technical queries

Analysing and resolving disruptions in the production environment

Electronic and mechanical assembly as well as conducting tests on assemblies and instruments

Setting up and supervising production lines

Participating in improvement projects to increase quality, safety, and efficiency

Contributing to the introduction of new products into production

Supporting the creation and updating of work instructions and technical documentation

Close collaboration with production, quality, engineering, and logistics departments

Supporting lean and continuous improvement activities

This is what you bring with you:

Completed technical vocational training (e.g. polymechanic, automation technician, mechatronics technician or comparable)

Experience in an industrial production environment

Technical understanding of production processes

Enjoyment in analysing and solving technical challenges

Confident handling of IT systems and MS Office

Structured and independent working style

Very good German skills and English skills are an advantage

Team-oriented and communicative personality
