- Planning and coordination of incident drills and emergency exercises including evaluation and implementation of lessons learned
- Responsibility for shift and deployment planning as well as ensuring the required staffing and competence coverage
- Support with demanding incidents, escalations, and changes as well as ensuring clear communication
- Review and optimisation of operational processes, identification of risks, and consistent implementation of improvement measures
- Close collaboration with Datacenter Operations Management, Service Desk, Service Management Excellence, Operations Excellence, and other interfaces
Your skills
- Completed technical or commercial training, ideally supplemented by further training in leadership, technology, operations organisation, or service management.
- Experience in a 24/7 shift operation, preferably in a data centre or comparable critical infrastructure.
- Experience in professional or personnel leadership as well as in training and further development of employees.
- Good knowledge of incident, change, escalation, and process management as well as experience with shift planning, exercises, and drills.
- Excellent communication skills and confident appearance towards employees, managers, customers, and external partners.
- Fluent German skills as well as very good English skills in spoken and written form.
- Strong organisational skills, sense of responsibility, resilience, and solution-oriented thinking.
