Dispatcher in Car Transport 100% (m, f, d)
We entrust you with...
- Planning of loads / transports
- Monitoring and compliance with delivery deadlines
- Deployment planning of drivers
- Assistance with order entry
- Contact person regarding delivery dates for internal & external departments and driver concerns
- Compliance with ARV
- Coordination / appointment scheduling with the truck workshop
- Clarifications regarding orders / delivery locations
You are strong in...
- Experience in dispatching
- Training and further education in the field of dispatching is not a must but a plus
- Driver's license category C/E is an advantage
- Solid MS Office skills
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, French and Italian are an advantage
- Independent, precise and strategic way of working
- Communicative and team-oriented
- Negotiation skills and organizational talent
