We are looking for an engaged and qualified Senior Real Estate Manager to strengthen a dynamic operations team for our client, a multinational corporation located in Baden. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting a high-impact consolidation, relocation, and campus fit-out project while elevating daily workplace and facilities operations.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Stakeholder Management & Workforce Planning: Develop strong relationships with key local stakeholders, Finance, and HR to gather headcount growth projections and drive planning for a major workplace consolidation and relocation project.

Workplace Operations & Culture: Guide facilities and workplace operations to create an exceptional, high-quality environment that reflects and deepens company culture across all site areas.

Facility Management (FM / IFM) Integration: Ensure all necessary FM/IFM requirements are integrated into the planning of the new campus project. This includes leading RFP processes for service provider selection, establishing optimal contract models, embedding operational best practices into early design phases to minimize long-term running costs, and shaping the site's hospitality concept.

End-to-End Fit-Out Project Support: Support commercial real estate fit-out projects from concept design to go-live by collaborating closely with architects, project managers, and contractors to ensure full compliance with corporate workplace standards.

Vendor & Construction Oversight: Review construction drawings and submittals, manage vendor negotiations, and oversee project delivery timelines.
Qualifications & Requirements (Must-Haves)

Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Facility Management, Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Professional Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on professional experience managing commercial real estate interior construction and buildout projects.

Real Estate Project Management: Proven track record running complex commercial real estate projects, developing and issuing RFPs, reviewing technical construction documents, and managing contractor/vendor negotiations.

Tool & Software Proficiency: Excellent command of MS Office, with advanced proficiency in MS Excel.

Language Skills: Professional fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is required.
Desirable Skills (Nice-to-Haves)

Additional language skills in Italian or Spanish are a distinct advantage.

Demonstrated experience with campus relocations or large-scale workplace transformation projects.
