Business Consultant Finance Abacus (a)

Your Tasks

• You support the acquisition of major clients, analyse complex business requirements, and develop holistic digitalisation and process concepts together with specialists, focusing on financial processes, value flows, and business management contexts
• You lead workshops, develop professional requirements and solution concepts, and accompany their implementation in the Abacus Business Software
• You support clients from strategic conception to successful implementation and act as a competent contact person for specialists, finance managers, and executive management
• You coordinate different stakeholders, moderate complex issues, and create a shared understanding for viable solutions
• You support less experienced consultants in their professional development and promote knowledge exchange within the team

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in a responsible role in finance and accounting, for example as Head of Finance, Finance Manager, or in a comparable position, as well as higher education in finance and accounting, business administration, or a comparable qualification
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial accounting, controlling, cost accounting, and the design of business management processes
• Experience with ERP systems, especially the Abacus Business Software, and a strong interest in digital business processes
• Ability to recognise interdepartmental connections and translate complex requirements into holistic and implementable solutions
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, sense of responsibility, and the ambition to actively develop customer relationships and business areas. Convincing, audience-appropriate presence at all hierarchical levels. Enjoyment in bringing your own leadership experience into a consulting-oriented environment.
