We are looking for someone to support our service department’s deployment planning team with a 100% workload at the Sales Center Switzerland in Reinach. 

What is the role about? 

You coordinate service deployments and are the central contact person for customer enquiries regarding malfunctions, repairs, and maintenance. 

Which tasks will you take on? 

You  

• receive customer enquiries by telephone
• open service, repair, and malfunction orders
• record technical data according to customer information
• plan the deployments of our technicians throughout Switzerland efficiently and economically, including the related communication to customers
• forward technical enquiries to customer service
• plan and monitor maintenance orders
• plan and coordinate installations and commissioning
• work closely with all interfaces 

What do we expect from you? 

You  

• have completed commercial training
• have several years of professional experience in a similar role
• have enthusiasm for measurement technology and are proficient in common MS Office software as well as SAP programmes
• can communicate effortlessly in German and French, English is an advantage
• think service-oriented, are analytical and reliable
• have a communicative and networked-thinking personality
