Energetic Health Specialist

The Gesundheitsnetz Küsnacht AG (GNK) with the Tägerhalde and Wangensbach elderly and health centres, housing around 130 residents as well as a day care centre, Spitex, assisted living for the elderly and advisory services with a total of around 250 employees, is a non-profit joint-stock company wholly owned by the municipality of Küsnacht. We are looking for you to complement our dedicated team.

Your new tasks

• Taking responsibility for daily nursing and organisational matters
• Contact person for internal and external stakeholders
• Participation in service recording using RAI, the observation phase and resident surveys
• Participation in quality improvement
• Active involvement in the induction of new employees

What you bring with you

• Completed basic training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Proven experience in long-term and dementia care is an advantage
• Good organisational skills in a constantly changing daily routine
• Team spirit, resilience, flexibility and empathy
• Good oral and written German skills as well as IT knowledge
