Your tasks

• Planning, preparation, and presentation of dishes and meals in the hot and cold buffet
• Ensuring a high-quality and varied kitchen
• Further development of the offerings in the staff restaurant (affinity for topics such as vegetarian and vegan cuisine as well as food waste)
• Presence as kitchen manager
• Training and development of the kitchen crew
• Various administrative tasks (purchasing, goods control, scheduling, etc.)

Your skills

• Completed training as a cook EFZ
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Careful and cost-conscious handling of food while adhering to HACCP hygiene standards
• Initiative and creativity in compiling a varied and seasonal offer
• Cheerful, friendly, and resilient personality with an independent working style
• Confident German and English skills
