Do you want to actively shape the future of Custom Solutions and develop sustainable business solutions from market trends, customer needs and technological innovations?
In this strategic key role, you are responsible for the further development of the product, solution and business architecture landscape of Custom Solutions with the existing product range of Contovista and the new Solution Factory. You translate market, customer and technology trends as well as the Finnova strategy into forward-looking solutions, business capabilities and reusable building blocks. As a central interface between customers, product management, Solution Factory and development, you ensure that individual requirements result in innovative, scalable and sustainable solutions.

• the strategic further development of the Contovista product range and the solution landscape and business architecture of Custom Solutions and you take responsibility for them
• the development of forward-looking product, solution and AI initiatives based on the company strategy and you build strategic partnerships in the banking and fintech environment
• the analysis of customer needs and market opportunities, you assess their potential and develop suitable business solutions and capabilities from them
• the definition and continuous further development of the business architecture target picture as well as the target operating model of Custom Solutions
• the reuse and productisation of solutions and you create the basis for a sustainable and scalable solution architecture
• the strategic coordination between business, product management, Solution Factory and development and support well-founded portfolio and investment decisions

• with your university degree (FH/Uni) in business informatics, business administration, computer science or a comparable course of study
• with further training in business architecture, enterprise architecture, product management or strategy management as an advantage
• with several years of experience in business architecture, strategic product management or business development
• through your sound understanding of banking, digital solutions and strategic portfolio development
• with your strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a strong understanding of business value and customer needs
• with your experience in developing target pictures, business capabilities and scalable solution approaches
• through convincing communication skills and confident stakeholder management at all levels
• with your strategic thinking, initiative and joy in actively shaping change
