Your main tasks:

• Responsibility for all main tasks
• Personnel and vacation planning
• Responsibility for the qualitative and quantitative correct adherence to services
• Ensuring communication with superiors as well as with the customer
• Employee management  and team meetings
• Organization of basic and special cleaning work throughout the entire object
• Adherence to cost center budgets
• Reporting on rankings, pool hours, and monthly billing
• Conducting process and quality controls

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training
• Further education with expertise in cleaning / housekeeping
• At least 1 year of leadership experience in a comparable position
• Good oral and written German skills
• Good PC user skills
• Solution-oriented and independent working style as well as flexibility
• Possesses a driver's license
• Impeccable character
